According to conventional astrological wisdom, void-of-course Moon periods are unfortunate times to start new projects, meet new people, or make important decisions. When I noticed it didn’t always work out that way, I set out to discover why. In this lecture, we’ll take a look at the charts of some surprising and enduring events and connections that began during void-of-course Moon periods – and challenge our modern understanding of them.
Speaker Bio:
April Elliott Kent is a professional astrologer and author living in San Diego, California. She is the author of three books, including Astrological Transits (Fair Winds Press, 2015) and The Essential Guide to Practical Astrology (Alpha/Penguin 2011). Her astrology writing has also appeared in The Mountain Astrologer and Dell Horoscope magazines and in Llewellyn’s Sun Sign, Moon Sign, and Sabbats annuals.
